Dear Students,

In order to maintain the quality of our academic programs and services to students, Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies Board of Directors has approved a small increase in tuition for students enrolling in academic programs beginning in Fall 2022. The tuition increase will go into effect on April 1, 2022.

All students enrolled at CGI in the Spring I 2022 academic term and prior will be locked into the current tuition rate of $350 per credit hour and will see no change in their tuition rate or fees.

Students entering in the Fall 2022 term and forward will fall under the new tuition rate of $400 per credit hour.

After much planning and taking into consideration increases in contract rates, technology costs, and expenses due to COVID-19, the following tuition rates will be as follows for any students newly admitted and enrolled as degree seeking or non-degree seeking in Fall 2022 or after.

Credit Hours Standard Tuition Cost Military Tuition Discount Cost (10% discount from Standard Tuition Cost)
1 $400 $360
2 $800 $720
3 $1,200 $1,080
60 $24,000 $21,750

CGI will continue to offer the same student textbooks and fee structure and one flat tuition rate for in-state, out-of-state, and international students, institutional scholarship opportunities, and flexible payment options.

Despite the new tuition rate, the Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) degree program will continue to be the best value DBH program on the market at 51% less than the cost of comparable programs. We take pride in the fact that Cummings Graduate Institute has been able to maintain the original tuition rate from inception of the university in 2015 with no increase of tuition for seven years.

Current and new tuition rates have been updated on the following webpages:
