Just Solutions

Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies (CGI) proudly announces a new partnership with the Just Solutions. Together, CGI and Just Solutions will offer continuing education webinars and a certificate program on the topics of diversity, equity & cultural competency in healthcare.

Their first collaborative webinar series will launch in February of 2022 and will feature two webinars, Authentic Community Relationships: From Outreach to Engagement and Understanding and Mitigating Implicit Bias. The Authentic Community Relationships: From Outreach to Engagement webinar will benefit Directors of Outreach and those with community-facing roles in healthcare. The Understanding and Mitigating Implicit Bias webinar is tailored for medical and mental healthcare practitioners, providers, and administrators. Both webinars will be available on-demand. In August 2022, CGI and Just Solutions will release the Unmasking White Supremacy & Racism in Mental Health certificate program. Details to be announced.

Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies, a private, nonprofit, DEAC accredited institution, offers education and training in integrated behavioral healthcare through a virtual online campus. CGI seeks to partner with innovative, forward-thinking organizations, such as Just Solutions, with a mutual interest to advance the knowledge and skills of integrated behavioral health professionals in the US and abroad.

Just Solutions seeks to equip and empower institutions with the resources and training to reimagine systems through diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, and organizational strategy. They want to help others create conditions that will change the world through education, facilitation, strategic planning, consulting and public speaking services. Just Solutions is grounded in the belief that all institutions can be fully inclusive and can be designed to address the manifestations of inequity in our systems.

Two of Just Solution’s signature offerings include the Social Justice Academy and the Equity Matters podcast. The Social Justice Academy gives participants the tools necessary to increase self-awareness and avoid personal biases, while challenging the structures that have caused inequality.
