Presentation: Advancing the Wholistic Health Equity Quality Roadmap: Integrated Care's Quality Quotient
Learn how the Wholistic Health Equity Quality Roadmap© fulfills organizational requirements to provide ethical, inclusive, quality-driven, patient-centered, and concordant care.
Health and behavioral health are barraged with a wholistic health triad of disparities encompassing physical, behavioral, and psychosocial health. Whole-person care is the ideal model to attain health equity across populations, yet current quality measurements are not aligned to this wholistic health compass. Organizations are reconciling the complex connection between social and mental health determinants, the rising incidence of chronic illness, and health system utilization. Mental health epidemic within the pandemic is evident, as are rising rates of substance misuse. Value versus volume remains a reimbursement reboot run amuck! Engage in an innovative session to transform your clinical, fiscal, and quality focus.
