We are pleased to offer a 12-minute grounding meditation by Dr. Gayle Cordes, DBH, LPC, LISAC that can help provide a sense of calm when facing moments of high stress, racing thoughts, or anxiety.
Dr. Cordes, a faculty member at Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies, is an expert in treating stress disorders and has used this meditation successfully in her practice for many years.
