Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies (CGI) proudly announces the launch of a new continuing education webinar bundle, Population Health Approaches for Success, facilitated by Dr. Ronke Komolafe, DBH, MBA. The Population Health Approaches for Success webinar bundle provides strategies and approaches to create and financially sustain a successful population health program within a healthcare organization. The two webinars within the Population Health Approaches for Success bundle are available a la carte or as a bundle, which offers cost savings. CE credit is available from the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) or the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB).
Healthcare needs successful population health programs now more than ever. Population Health management helps healthcare providers and payers to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of care delivery to patients. Achieving a return on investment and the sustainability of a population health program is essential in this era of pay-for-performance contracts between providers and payers. The Population Health Approaches for Success webinar bundle includes 2 parts. Part 1, Population Health Program Approaches for Success, provides learners with an overview of population health program goals, critical elements for success, implementation method for evaluations, and influence and sustainability approaches. In part 2, Achieving and Sustaining Return on Investment (ROI) in a Population Health Program, participants learn the strategies providers, health systems, and payers need to implement to achieve positive care outcomes and return on investment for a population health program.
The Population Health Approaches for Success webinar is designed and facilitated by Dr. Ronke Komolafe, DBH, MBA.
