Note: CGI does not currently offer a summer application entrance term.
Applicants Who Have Not Submitted an Enrollment Agreement
An admitted applicant who is unable to begin courses in their original entrance term may request a one-time change to the next available entrance term. The applicant’s existing admission application will remain active through the eligible subsequent entrance term.
If the applicant does not enroll and begin courses by the first day of the eligible subsequent entrance term, the admission application expires on that date.
New Students Who Have Submitted an Enrollment Agreement
A new student who has submitted an Enrollment Agreement but has not yet started courses may request a one-time change to the next available entrance term.
The new student must complete and submit a new Enrollment Agreement for the new entrance term and will be assessed an additional program fee.
If the new student does not begin courses by the first day of the eligible subsequent entrance term, the admission application expires on that date.
Application Expiration
Applicants and new students who do not begin courses within either their original entrance term or eligible subsequent entrance term will have their admission application expire on the first day of the eligible subsequent entrance term.
If an admission application expires and the individual wishes to continue the enrollment process for a future entrance term, they must reapply for admission. The individual must submit a new admission application, all required application materials, and the applicable application fee and complete the admission and enrollment processes in effect for the new application.
Applicants and new students are subject to the catalog requirements in effect at the time of their admission and execution of the applicable Enrollment Agreement.
No exceptions to this policy are permitted. Requests to extend an admission application beyond the eligible subsequent entrance term will be denied.
