CGI‘s status as a 2023 Silver Bell Seal-certified organization demonstrates their outstanding commitment to employee mental health and well-being. The Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health national certification program recognizes employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces. Bell Seal recipients complete a comprehensive 58-criteria application of workplace policies and practices that influence worker mental health outcomes, including workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs.
