The 2023 Integrated Care Conference is designed for multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, leaders, researchers, clinicians, community health workers, caregivers, and other stakeholders engaged in healthcare design, delivery, and improvement. Conference attendees can find sessions on what matters most to them and their organizations, including community care models, health equity, long COVID impact, maternal health, pediatric integrated care, provider burnout solutions, trauma-informed care, and much more. Attendees can earn up to 12.5 hours of CE credit provided by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) at the conference. The 2023 CGI Integrated Care Conference will take place in person, October 9-11, 2023, at the Gila River Resorts – Wild Horse Pass & Conference Center in Chandler, Arizona.
